LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a wealth management company in Scottsdale. This organization is looking for a financial customer service representative to join their team. This role will have some hybrid flexibility after you are fully trained. This position requires strong financial services or wealth management industry experience, as well as a Bachelor Degree. The salary range is between $65,000-$75,000
This role involves direct coordination with insurance carriers and plan participants to manage transactional tasks, such as obtaining policy values, completing and submitting forms, and preparing templated client deliverables.
You will be responsible for managing assigned daily tasks, maintaining calendars, supporting projects, and ensuring clear communication across internal teams, carriers, and participants. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of life insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal managers and agents with daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate with carriers and participants on forms, policy values, and instructions
- Prepare standardized client reports and deliverables
- Track tasks and project timelines; follow up to ensure completion
- Maintain clear, professional communication internally and externally
- Attend team meetings and support cross-department collaboration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in life insurance or business planning
- Familiar with life insurance forms, processes, and carrier interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through
- Bachelor Degree
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of estate planning or wealth management
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities
- Team-oriented with a proactive, service-driven mindset
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
