LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in Scottsdale, AZ that is looking for a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a Monday through Friday full-time in-office position $22.00-$24.00 per hour depending on prior experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our client's logistics team. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions related to shipment coordination, issue resolution, and service delivery, and dispatching with drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to shipments, bookings, and logistics services.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant shipment processing.

  • Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate delays or issues to stakeholders.

  • Dispatching communications with drivers.

  • Support project management teams with data collection and documentation for patent trials or other logistics programs.

  • Generate and verify shipping documentation and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

  • Verify customer orders, delivery locations, rerouting, and scheduling coordination.

  • Handle freight claims, billing issues, and customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required

  • Must be able to type 35+ words per minute.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or dispatching experience.

  • Familiarity with logistics software and shipment tracking systems is preferred.

  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel for data entry.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Ability to commute/travel to different branch locations only as needed (mileage is reimbursed)
