LHH Recruiting is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our client's team on a contract to hire basis in Scottsdale, AZ. If you have over two years of experience in marketing, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a passion for content creation and campaign management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department and external advertising agencies, bringing creative input to ongoing projects while tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
Leverage your communication expertise to partner with sales teams in executing co-op marketing campaigns, developing product-related content, and monitoring campaign performance for optimal results.
You will create, schedule, and manage content for social media posts, integrating technical details into product features, and actively engaging with followers.
Support the development of new corporate website pages by drafting, compiling, and proofing content, as well as verifying technical data accuracy.
Strategize and coordinate bi-monthly product focus campaigns, integrating content into email marketing efforts and website elements, and overseeing the execution of promotional mailings.
Collaborate with sales to produce monthly reports on incoming leads, capturing lead source activity, and identifying areas of growth.
Oversee inventory levels of promotional marketing materials, product demo units, and brochures, placing orders as needed to ensure timely replenishment.
Monitor and analyze email marketing automation campaigns, track lead activity, and provide recommendations for continuous campaign improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on content strategy, campaign management, and digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with social media management, content creation, and engagement.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
