CALLING ALL IT/TECH SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES!

We are looking for a part-time field tech support representative that would transition into a full-time role eventually.

Do you have at least one year of experience working with IT tech support? Do you thrive in troubleshooting and updating configurations? This job could be the perfect fit for you!

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a help desk role but is very hands on with equipment

We are looking for a Tech Support for a fast growing company in Scottsdale. Need to have great Excel skills and familiar with issue ticketing systems and procedure.

Job Description:

  1. Provide resolutions for client requests

  2. Queue management maintaining efficiency, quality and quantity

  3. Share best practices

  4. Communicate product enhancements to customers

  5. Troubleshooting

  6. Updating account configuration

  7. Provide guidance on companies platform

  8. Exceptional customer service skills

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or GED required

  2. 1+ years’ experience in a high-volume call center environment

  3. At least 6 months of tech support working with a ticketing system or various technology

  4. Ability to work both in as a team and independently

  5. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

  6. Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office, (MS word, Excel and outlook)

  7. Need to be familiar with technology! Laptops, software's, tablets, cell phones, Mac, Linus, HP/Dell, PC's and household electric appliances, remotes, etc.

  8. Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-up skills

Hourly pay: $18-$21/hr (depending on experience)

Contract-to-hire:

Hours/Schedule - Monday - Friday, usually a 2 hour shift or shorter days, earlier mornings would be preferred at first. Training may be 6 weeks which would be part-time at 10 hours a week. Afterwards, moving to more 20-30 hours a week then a several months down the road (around conversion time - roughly between 6-9 months) it would be more full-time 40 hours a week.
