Job Title: Property Accountant
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

LHH is seeking a Property Accountant for a client in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time role requires Yardi experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial and residential property accounting, including billing, reconciliations, and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Monitor aging reports and collections to ensure timely payments
• Handle commercial and residential billing, including bill backs
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Collaborate with property managers and stakeholders on financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Yardi experience required
• Strong understanding of property accounting principles
• Ability to manage high-volume transactions and multiple entities
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
