Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a growing company in Scottsdale, AZ that is looking to add a Receptionist to the team. This is a full-time onsite position, Monday through Friday $22.00-$25.00 per hour depending on prior experience.
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role supports daily office operations, manages front desk responsibilities, and provides administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a collaborative office setting.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system.
Monitor and respond to general email inboxes and voicemails.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Prepare and draft correspondence, emails, and internal memos.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Support event meetings, scheduling, and supply ordering.
Maintain office inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking and repairs.
Track and reconcile credit card receipts and petty cash.
Qualifications
2+ years of recent front desk, receptionist, or office coordination experience.
High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required
Bachelors Degree is highly preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
