Job Posting: Supply Chain Generalist
Location: Hybrid (Local candidates or those willing to relocate)
Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Duration: 15-month assignment with the possibility of conversion upon completion
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented Supply Chain Generalist for a confidential client. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in supply chain management, inventory management, logistics, or purchasing/procurement, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound support calls and work with customers to define and document incident scope.
Research and troubleshoot issues to achieve first call resolution or escalate incidents when necessary.
Participate in a support on-call rotation to facilitate off-hour work functions, including incidents, upgrades, patches, and project task fulfillment.
Manage tickets and requests efficiently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (Required).
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience (Required).
Supply chain experience or education, preferably in healthcare.
Workday experience (Preferred, 2+ years).
Experience in networking and active directory within a healthcare setting (Preferred, 2 years).
Preferred Experience:
Previous roles in inventory management, logistics, or purchasing/procurement.
Experience as an ERP analyst, logistics tech/coordinator, inventory tech/coordinator, or in materials management, MMIS, ERP.
