LHH is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our client growing company in Seattle, WA. This position will be a 6-month contract that is fully onsite at the client location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.

  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received on time.

  • Process and record incoming payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.

  • Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.

  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with clients regarding overdue accounts.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and update customer accounts as needed.

  • Assist with month-end closing tasks and financial reporting.

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems).

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial transactions.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Compensation: $25-$30/hour DOE
