Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company in the Seattle, WA area is partnering with LHH to identify a temporary AR professional. You will work with a team and be assisting with the aging report, payment posting, and researching client accounts. This position will offer a hybrid schedule after you have completed training onsite for the first month or two. Since the team is onsite as well, you will have thorough training and get to work in a collaborative environment. The manager is looking for someone who has professional communication skills and at least two years of previous AR experience. This is a long-term contract role. Job Responsibilities:

• Researching client accounts and following up on missing payments
• Posting payments to the correct accounts
• Processing deductions
• Responding to client inquiries
• Maintaining the aging reports

Qualifications:

• At least two years of accounts receivable experience
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to collaborate well with others
• Able to problem-solve without much oversight

Employment Details:

• Temporary for 6+ months
• Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Hybrid after training
