• Posting payments to the correct account
• Maintaining the aging reports and researching missing payments
• Reaching out to clients for account resolution
• Composing invoices
• Account reconciliations
• Additional projects as needed

• At least a year of accounting experience
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently without much supervision

• Temporary to hire
• Monday through Friday, standard office hours
• Hybrid work schedule after training
