Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA (Harbor Island)
Duration: One-week temporary assignment 4/3/25 – 4/11/25

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant for a one-week temporary assignment in Harbor Island. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate channels with promptness and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area to create a welcoming environment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring accurate tracking and timely distribution.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and reserving conference rooms to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the HR team, including managing files, data entry, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth paperwork completion and orientation logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in updating employee records and databases, adhering to data protection standards.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and projects, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.


Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
