Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: West Seattle, WA Type: Contract Length: 9/23/24 – 10/04/2024 LHH is actively hiring for a short-term Administrative Assistant for our client located in West Seattle. We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our office. This position is fully onsite and parking is provided! Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external clients.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Assist with event planning and logistics as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor.
