Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Overview:
We’re hiring an Apartment Leasing Associate for a vibrant community in Downtown Seattle. This role involves working closely with prospective and current residents to provide exceptional leasing and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guided tours of available units and community amenities.
Assist prospective tenants with applications, ensuring a smooth process.
Respond to resident inquiries, offering solutions or directing to appropriate teams.
Maintain leasing reports and update rental listings regularly.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve tenant concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
Strong customer service and sales background.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is ideal.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
