Overview:

We’re hiring an Apartment Leasing Associate for a vibrant community in Downtown Seattle. This role involves working closely with prospective and current residents to provide exceptional leasing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guided tours of available units and community amenities.

• Assist prospective tenants with applications, ensuring a smooth process.

• Respond to resident inquiries, offering solutions or directing to appropriate teams.

• Maintain leasing reports and update rental listings regularly.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve tenant concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.

• Strong customer service and sales background.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is ideal.

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
