Benefits Consultant (Temporary, 3-Months) – Seattle, WA

Bring your benefits expertise as a Consultant to support and guide HR during a period of transition or compliance updates. Perfect for someone with a strong background in benefits strategy or brokerage work.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current benefit offerings and make strategic recommendations

• Support vendor RFPs, negotiations, and implementations

• Provide compliance guidance (ACA, HIPAA, ERISA)

• Conduct internal benefits audits and suggest improvements

• Coach HR staff on industry best practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years consulting or senior-level benefits experience

• Deep knowledge of federal/state benefit regulations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Background in brokerage, consulting, or corporate HR
