Benefits Representative (Temporary, 3-Months) – Seattle, WA
Be the frontline support for employees navigating their benefit options as our Benefits Representative. This client-facing role requires empathy, responsiveness, and a solid understanding of common benefit programs.
Responsibilities:
Educate employees on available benefit plans and options
Assist with enrollments and answer basic coverage questions
Troubleshoot access, claims, or deduction issues
Log inquiries and follow up with vendors as needed
Guide new hires through benefit onboarding
Qualifications:
1–2 years in benefits, HR, or customer service
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Knowledge of benefit plan structures (HMO, PPO, FSA, etc.)
Bilingual preferred but not required
Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
