Benefits Representative (Temporary, 3-Months) – Seattle, WA

Be the frontline support for employees navigating their benefit options as our Benefits Representative. This client-facing role requires empathy, responsiveness, and a solid understanding of common benefit programs.

Responsibilities:

• Educate employees on available benefit plans and options

• Assist with enrollments and answer basic coverage questions

• Troubleshoot access, claims, or deduction issues

• Log inquiries and follow up with vendors as needed

• Guide new hires through benefit onboarding

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years in benefits, HR, or customer service

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of benefit plan structures (HMO, PPO, FSA, etc.)

• Bilingual preferred but not required
