- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate and manage the annual open enrollment process.
- Communicate benefits options and enrollment procedures to employees.
- Assist employees with understanding and selecting their benefits packages.
- Provide one-on-one support to employees with enrollment questions.
- Collaborate with HR and benefits providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits enrollments.
- Generate and distribute benefits-related materials and documentation.
