Benefits Specialist
💰 Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000/year
Job Summary:
The Benefits Specialist manages and administers employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction. This role involves working with insurance providers, handling benefits enrollment, and educating employees on their options.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and claims issues.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations.
Work with vendors and brokers to manage benefits plans.
Conduct benefits education sessions for employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of benefits administration experience.
Familiarity with benefits regulations such as ERISA, FMLA, and ACA.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
