$30.00 - $33.00 per Hour
- Prepare, review, and process accurate billing statements for construction projects, including progress billings, change orders, and final billings.
- Interpret contract terms, scope of work, and change orders to ensure correct billing practices and adherence to contract terms.
- Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely payment application.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries, addressing and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain and organize all billing documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence, to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare and present detailed billing reports, summaries, and analyses to senior management and project teams.
- At least five years of previous accounting or billing experience.
- Preferring ERP software system experience, specifically with Deltek or Sage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Team oriented and able to work with others.
- Temporary to hire.
- Fully onsite in Seattle, WA.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
