$30.00 - $33.00 per Hour


LHH is partnering with a company in the construction industry to search for a temporary Bookkeeper for their team. This will be about a five-month contract role to cover for a leave. Your main tasks will be invoicing, preparing financial reports, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of previous accounting experience and strong communication skills since you will be coordinating with internal and external employees. This position is fully in office at the south Seattle, WA location. You will work with a friendly team with training provided.


Responsibilities:


  • Process invoice approval and payments
  • Handle all wires and ACH transfers
  • Record financial transactions with the appropriate classifications
  • Manage journal entries
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Ensure system records are updated routinely with accuracy
  • Prepare reports for balances, draw frequency, portfolio summary, and additional reports as requested

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Employment Details:


  • Temporary for five months
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Fully onsite in the south Seattle, WA office
