Job Title: Call Center Representative (3-Month Contract)
Location: Seattle, WA
Job Type: Contract (3 months)

LHH is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our client’s team on a 3-month contract basis. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records in our database.
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Always maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
