Position: Civil Litigation Paralegal
Location: Seattle, WA - Primarily on-site (1 day remote)
Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (plus end-of-year discretionary bonus)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday flexible start and end times
LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Paralegal to support two attorneys in their busy civil litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and a strong familiarity with Pierce, King, and Snohomish County filing procedures, as well as Washington state and federal court rules.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal and administrative support to two civil litigation attorneys
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence
Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal proceedings
File documents in Pierce, King, and Snohomish Counties, and maintain case management using Clio or similar software
Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations
Manage deadlines, calendaring, and proofreading tasks with high attention to detail
Organize and maintain client records
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal
Strong knowledge of WA state and federal rules and procedures
Experience with filing in Pierce, King, and Snohomish Counties
Proficiency in case management software (Clio preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
HIGH attention to detail - Will be required to take an attention to detail test
