An established general contractor with a century of groundbreaking construction projects across the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Commercial Senior Estimator to join its Seattle-based team. This is a full-time, onsite role for a seasoned professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping complex commercial and industrial builds from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop estimates for high-value, large-scale construction projects across various sectors including healthcare, industrial, and advanced technology.

• Interpret technical drawings, quantify materials, and collaborate with subcontractors to validate budgets.

• Analyze market conditions and project data to develop competitive, accurate cost reports and preconstruction deliverables.

• Maintain comprehensive project logs including job costs, changes, and performance indicators to support proactive decision-making.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of estimating experience on complex commercial or industrial construction projects.

• Experience the full cycle, from pre-construction to punch list.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks is a plus.

• Proven ability to lead teams, communicate across departments, and handle pressure with professionalism.

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite, M–F)
Salary: $115k – $140k annually (DOE)
