Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Seattle, WA
Pay Range: $20 - $28 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and billing issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

  • Handle and de-escalate customer complaints and resolve issues in a calm, professional manner.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate and helpful information to customers.

  • Record and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to address and resolve customer concerns.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams or management as necessary.

  • Provide feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

  • Support team members and assist in training new hires on customer service protocols and systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a degree in a related field is a plus.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and patience.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
