Job Title: Employee Engagement Specialist (Temporary)

Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 4-Month Contract
Compensation: $25–30/hour

Job Description:

The Employee Engagement Specialist will focus on improving workplace morale and fostering a positive company culture. This role involves coordinating employee events, supporting internal communications, and assisting with initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize company-wide events and team-building activities.

  • Develop and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters and announcements.

  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

  • Collaborate with HR and management to promote wellness programs and employee recognition.

  • Maintain engagement metrics and provide regular reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in employee engagement or HR-related roles.

  • Strong project management and event coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and communication tools like Slack or Teams.

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
