Job Title: Family Law Legal Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000

LHH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to join our client’s Legal team in downtown Seattle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases efficiently.

  • Oversee attorneys’ dockets and ensure adherence to case schedules, including timely confirmation of motions.

  • Coordinate discovery production and manage related documentation.

  • Organize materials and preparation for heavy motions practice, mediation, and trials.

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Family Law Legal Assistant in WA state.

  • In-depth knowledge of WA State and federal rules.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
