Family Law Paralegal (Hybrid)
Location: Seattle WA
Pay Range: $70,000–$95,000
Employment Type: Full-Time
LHH is seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join our client’s well-established legal team in Seattle, Washington. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, a collaborative work environment, and excellent benefits. We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in Washington State Family Law.

Duties:
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Manage and organize client files and case documents
Assist attorneys with case management from intake to resolution
Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Conduct legal research and compile case-related information
Prepare discovery requests and responses
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of court documents
Maintain billing records and track time in the firm’s case management system
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Family Law Paralegal in Washington State
Strong knowledge of family law procedures and local court rules
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
