Family Law Paralegal (Hybrid)
Location: Seattle WA
Pay Range: $70,000–$95,000
Employment Type: Full-Time

LHH is seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join our client’s well-established legal team in Seattle, Washington. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, a collaborative work environment, and excellent benefits. We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in Washington State Family Law.

Duties:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence

• Manage and organize client files and case documents

• Assist attorneys with case management from intake to resolution

• Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Conduct legal research and compile case-related information

• Prepare discovery requests and responses

• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of court documents

• Maintain billing records and track time in the firm’s case management system

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Family Law Paralegal in Washington State

• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and local court rules

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
