LHH is working with a financial services firm to hire a temporary Financial Analyst for their team. This individual will cover for someone on the team and be handling financial reporting tasks and budgeting and forecasting activities. The position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insightful recommendations to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of analysis experience and would preferably have some financial services industry knowledge. This position will offer a hybrid work schedule immediately and even though the office is in downtown Seattle, WA, they will cover your parking costs. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives.
Analyze financial data and interpret trends to provide actionable insights and recommend improvements.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks affecting the firm's financial performance.
Assess the viability and profitability of potential investments and projects.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
Work closely with other departments to gather relevant information and support company-wide financial goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Employment Details

Temporary for three months.
Hybrid in Seattle, WA office.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $43.00 per hour
