Financial Analyst

Accounting & Finance

LHH is partnering with a financial services firm to identify a temporary to hire Financial Analyst for their team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of previous analyst experience and have worked in a financial institution before. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The position offers a long-term fit in a stable company with opportunity to grow. You will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule after training in the Seattle, WA office.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.

  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.

  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Conduct variance analysis and explain discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support business initiatives.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • At least two years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry would be preferred.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Employment Details:

  • Temporary to hire.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

  • Hybrid in the Seattle, WA office.



Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
