Job Title: Firm Administrator
Location: Seattle, WA (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $150,000–$210,000 annually + discretionary bonus

LHH is working with a well-established mid-sized law firm is seeking an experienced Firm Administrator to oversee daily operations and lead administrative functions. This role is critical to maintaining smooth internal processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting firm leadership with strategic planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the firm
  • Oversee HR functions, including benefits administration
  • Coordinate with Controller on budgeting and payroll
  • Oversee office facilities and furnishings
  • Support compliance, risk management, and insurance administration
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior management role, preferably in a legal setting
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality


Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $210,000.00 per year
