This role is part of a collaborative Human Resources team, responsible for managing a centralized recruitment process. The Recruiter will lead efforts in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across a variety of roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

  • Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms, including social media.

  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and tools to identify high-quality candidates.

  • Maintain a robust database of active and passive candidates.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiting staff.

  • Build strong relationships with HR and department leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to refine and implement innovative recruitment strategies.

  • Stay active on job boards, social networks, and other platforms to continuously source talent.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting; 7+ years in HR or talent acquisition preferred.

  • Previous experience in healthcare required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

  • Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies.

  • SHRM-CP, PHR, TAS, or CDR certifications are a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong command of productivity tools, database systems, and online sourcing methods.

  • Familiarity with HR-specific platforms and job boards.

  • Proven ability to conduct interviews across various formats (phone, video, in-person).

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Commitment to professional growth through networking and ongoing learning.



Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
