Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA
Contract Duration: 3 months

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant with 2 years of prior experience in HR support roles. The successful candidate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and general administrative support. This is a 3-month contract position based in Seattle, WA. Candidates must have prior HR experience to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to inquiries and providing support to HR team members.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR-related events.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulation


Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
