HR Assistant

💰 Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000/year

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant provides essential administrative support to the HR department, helping with employee records, recruitment, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Assist with recruitment tasks like job postings and interview scheduling.

  • Support new hire onboarding and employee orientation.

  • Process paperwork related to payroll, benefits, and leave requests.

  • Answer employee inquiries and support HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1+ year of HR administrative experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.



Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
