Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $26–32/hr
About the Role:
We’re seeking an HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in HR while supporting a mission-driven and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding, I-9s, and benefits enrollment
Maintain HRIS records and support audits/reporting
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
Respond to internal HR-related inquiries and route appropriately
Support training coordination and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
1–3 years of HR support experience or equivalent office role
Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, etc.)
Discretion when handling sensitive information
Strong organizational skills and proactive follow-through
Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
