HR Coordinator

💰 Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000/year

Job Summary:

The HR Coordinator assists with various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in areas like recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and managing job postings.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation programs.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring HR policies are up to date.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • 1+ year of HR experience preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office.



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
