Duration: 3-month assignment
Overview:
Temporary HR Coordinator needed to support leave tracking, file audits, and hiring coordination during a seasonal ramp-up.
Responsibilities:
Track and manage employee leaves in Excel/HRIS
Assist with new hire paperwork and I-9 verification
Conduct file audits and compliance clean-up
Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits and time off
Requirements:
2+ years HR support or admin experience
Strong Excel and document handling
Comfortable in a light industrial environment
Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
