Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, fully onsite
Overview:
Mid-sized firm seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support employee relations, compliance, and general HR operations during a period of transition. Ideal for someone with 2–4 years of broad HR experience who can hit the ground running.
Key Duties:
Handle day-to-day employee relations questions and issues
Support managers on documentation, performance, and policy interpretation
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR file audits
Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Assist with open enrollment and benefits support
Pull reports and analyze HR data for trends
Qualifications:
2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist or people ops capacity
Working knowledge of WA state employment laws
Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive information
Confident communicator across all levels of the business
Experience with HRIS tools; ADP or Paycom preferred
Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
