Length: 6 months
Pay: $30–36/hr
Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, fully onsite

Overview:

Mid-sized firm seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support employee relations, compliance, and general HR operations during a period of transition. Ideal for someone with 2–4 years of broad HR experience who can hit the ground running.

Key Duties:

  • Handle day-to-day employee relations questions and issues

  • Support managers on documentation, performance, and policy interpretation

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR file audits

  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies

  • Assist with open enrollment and benefits support

  • Pull reports and analyze HR data for trends

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist or people ops capacity

  • Working knowledge of WA state employment laws

  • Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive information

  • Confident communicator across all levels of the business

  • Experience with HRIS tools; ADP or Paycom preferred



Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
