Pay: $24–26/hr
Duration: 6-week contract (covering medical leave)
Overview:
Community-based behavioral health clinic is seeking a temporary HR & Onboarding Assistant to support new hire processing and compliance while the HR Coordinator is out on leave.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process new hire paperwork, including I-9s and background checks
Track credentialing documents and certifications for clinical staff
Maintain employee files and assist with digital HRIS updates
Coordinate first-day onboarding and orientation prep
Requirements:
1–2 years of HR or admin experience in a healthcare or social services setting
Familiar with credential tracking and compliance docs (CPR, TB, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and discretion with sensitive info
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
