HR Specialist

💰 Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000/year

Job Summary:

The HR Specialist focuses on a particular HR function, such as recruitment, compliance, training, or employee relations. This role helps develop HR policies and programs that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in an HR function (talent acquisition, compliance, training, etc.).

  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs.

  • Conduct employee training sessions and career development initiatives.

  • Ensure legal compliance and support HR audits.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with expertise in a specific HR function.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
