HR Specialist
💰 Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000/year
Job Summary:
The HR Specialist focuses on a particular HR function, such as recruitment, compliance, training, or employee relations. This role helps develop HR policies and programs that support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Specialize in an HR function (talent acquisition, compliance, training, etc.).
Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
Conduct employee training sessions and career development initiatives.
Ensure legal compliance and support HR audits.
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, with expertise in a specific HR function.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
