Job Title: Immigration Legal Assistant (Hybrid)
Location: Seattle, WA
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (DOE)

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Immigration Legal Assistant to join our client's team in Seattle. This hybrid role supports immigration attorneys by preparing filings, managing case files, and communicating with clients. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping individuals navigate the U.S. immigration system.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize immigration petitions and supporting documentation
Maintain and update client records and case management systems
Draft client correspondence and respond to routine inquiries
Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documents
Monitor case progress and deadlines
Support attorneys with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in immigration law or legal support preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency with MS Office and case management software
Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus
