Leasing Coordinator – Seattle, WA (Downtown)
Pay Range: $25-27/hr
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Overview:
Step into the role of Leasing Coordinator in the heart of Downtown Seattle! This position offers the opportunity to work with a prestigious property management firm, assisting with high-end residential properties and providing an excellent leasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for prospective tenants, scheduling tours and answering questions.
Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
Manage leasing databases, including tenant files and unit availability.
Coordinate with marketing teams to create compelling listings and social media campaigns.
Ensure compliance with local and state housing laws.
Qualifications:
2+ years of leasing or administrative experience in a related field.
Familiarity with luxury or high-density properties is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in property management software and marketing tools.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
