Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid: On-site first 90 days, then 3 days/week on-site)
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week | Flexible: 8:00–4:30 or 8:30–5:00
Key Responsibilities:
Manage insurance renewal forms and respond to employee benefits questions
Assist with onboarding/offboarding (checklists, personnel file organization, documentation)
Provide support through the HR Helpdesk and handle project-based tasks
Audit HR-related invoices and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
Scan and organize personnel files in compliance with firm procedures
Conduct regular check-ins with HR and COO for workload planning and process improvements
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in HR or legal administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
Effective communicator with both internal teams and external contacts
Familiarity with legal admin processes and terminology preferred
Enthusiastic about improving systems and processes
Benefits:

10% profit-sharing beginning in year two

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
