Role: Legal Assistant – Litigation
Location: Seattle, WA -On-site
Pay: $60,000-$75,000, (up to $85,000+ with 10+ years of experience)
LHH is working with a busy civil litigation firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with 3+ years of experience to support a dynamic team on various legal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Case management, scheduling, and calendaring
- Document production and filings (State and Federal)
- Meeting strict court deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Handling confidential internal matters with discretion
- Supporting attorneys with professional liability defense, business and commercial litigation, professional negligence, personal injury, coverage, and premises liability cases
- Minimum 3 years of litigation legal assistant experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Experience working with State and Federal courts
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines effectively
