Looking to launch your legal career or gain experience en route to becoming a Legal Assistant or Paralegal? LHH is seeking a Legal Support Assistant to join our client’s Trusts & Estates practice group. This is a fantastic stepping-stone opportunity for someone with a passion for legal work and a desire to grow.
The client is ok with someone fresh out of college or entry level looking to gain experience in a law firm. Perfect for a graduate looking to enter the legal field!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with public records requests
- Support ad hoc firm projects and initiatives
- Gain cross-training with experienced paralegals
- Work with HighQ for document templates and probate planning
- Provide general administrative and legal team support
- 0–2 years of legal support experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in trusts & estates, probate, and legal operations
- Eager to learn and grow within the legal field
- Mentorship and hands-on legal experience
- Opportunity to grow into Legal Assistant or Paralegal positions
- Be part of a collaborative, high-performing legal team
· Medical Insurance (Premera): 95% of premium covered for employees; dependents paid out-of-pocket
· Dental Insurance (Delta Dental)
· Vision Insurance (VSP)
· Voluntary Pet Insurance
· Paid Time Off: 16 days annually
· Health Savings Account (HSA): $150 per quarter / $600 annually
· Profit Sharing: 10% of annual salary (starting in 2nd year)
