Position: Litigation Data Coordinator
Location: Seattle, WA – On-site (90 days on-site then hybrid 2 days WFH)
Salary Range: $65K–$75K
Experience Level: Entry (open to recent grads)
LHH is working with a law firm is seeking a Litigation Data Coordinator to support its legal and client services teams. This role focuses on managing litigation data, supporting casework involving insurance coverage, and improving the efficiency of legal operations through effective information systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within a legal or professional services environment.
Responsibilities include
organizing and maintaining litigation data and electronic records, implementing and supporting legal information systems, and ensuring all data is handled securely and in compliance with internal policies.
The coordinator will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to assist with discovery, insurance-related research, and database management.
This role also provides user support and training on data tools and systems and will be responsible for generating reports on data activities and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field is a desired but not required
Experience in data or information systems, preferably in a legal or professional setting
Familiarity with data management tools, legal databases, and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams
