Are you an experienced legal professional ready to take the next step in your career?
A well-established law firm in downtown Seattle is seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team on a direct-hire basis. This hybrid position offers the chance to work on high-impact litigation matters while enjoying a flexible work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Partner closely with attorneys to support all phases of litigation, from case intake through trial
Draft and format legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence
Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production
Coordinate logistics for hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
Maintain organized case files and track critical deadlines
Serve as a liaison with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
What You Bring:
Minimum of 7 years of litigation support experience in complex litigation
A paralegal certificate or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Strong command of litigation support tools and eDiscovery platforms
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Familiarity with Tabs3 and Practice Master software is a plus

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
