Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Seattle, Washington
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office/2 remote)
Pay Rate: $38-$45/hr.
Employment Type: Contract - 6 month assignment

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Labor & Employment Litigation Paralegal for a 6-month temporary assignment with our client in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience managing case deadlines, filing documents in Washington state and federal courts, and supporting hearings, mediations, and depositions. Strong organizational skills, legal research proficiency, and experience coordinating discovery and document productions are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, file, and serve legal documents electronically in Washington state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with procedural rules
  • Track and manage litigation deadlines, filings, and responses to avoid delays and sanctions.
  • Provide support for hearings, mediations, court appearances, and depositions
  • Conduct factual investigations using various sources and summarize findings into organized work products
  • Draft, proofread, and finalize pleadings, correspondence, and discovery documents in accordance with court rules
  • Manage client matter resources, maintain case files, and create case-related spreadsheets
  • Coordinate document productions and liaise with vendors for external litigation support services

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of Labor & Employment litigation paralegal experience
  • Proficiency in Washington state and federal court procedures, including electronic filing
  • Strong skills in case management, deadline tracking, and document preparation
  • Experience with legal research, discovery, and document production
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
