LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client in Seattle, WA. This temporary opportunity is fully remote, but applicants must live in the Seattle metro area.

The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal and administrative support to assigned attorneys, drafting legal documentation and letters, data entry, and conducting legal research. This would be a great opportunity for applications with litigation or bankruptcy experience with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

· Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys

· Draft and proofread correspondence and litigation documents, including subpoenas and discovery summaries

· Analyze and research legal sources and documents

· Compile and summarize information from legal research

· Communicate complex information with clients, vendors, and outside counsel

· Additional administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience as paralegal

· Litigation or labor & employment experience would be helpful

· Bankruptcy experience preferred

· Proven experience with high volume of work with accuracy

· Willingness to learn new systems and processes

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail
