Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Seattle, Washington
Schedule: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $35-$45/hr.
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Paralegal with at least four years of litigation experience to join our client’s Seattle team for a long-term temporary assignment. Trial experience is essential, along with proficiency in trial preparation, discovery, and handling subpoenas.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, drafting trial documents, and coordinating logistics
  • Review, organize, and manage case documents efficiently
  • Analyze and manage evidence for case preparation
  • Prepare subpoenas, handle discovery requests and responses, and assist with background and fact investigations
  • Support attorneys in case management and litigation processes
  • Draft and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Trial experience with multiple cases taken to trial
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with state and local civil procedures and filing requirements in Washington
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, principles, and procedures relevant to litigation
  • Experience preparing subpoenas, discovery requests, and responses
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and other legal software
