Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $80K-$100K
LHH is working with law firm located in Seattle, committed to delivering exceptional legal services across a variety of practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in all stages of litigation from inception through trial and post-trial
Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
Manage case files, including document organization, indexing, and e-filing
Conduct legal and factual research, including medical records reviews and deposition summaries
Assist with trial preparation, including witness coordination and trial exhibits
Maintain and track deadlines using litigation calendaring systems
Coordinate and communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Preferred Backgrounds:
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be given strong consideration:
Employment Law
Insurance Defense
Construction Litigation
Personal Injury
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in Washington State
In-depth knowledge of Washington State court rules and procedures
Proficiency with legal document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
Paralegal certificate or equivalent education/experience preferred
