Role: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Downtown Seattle, WA (on-site)
Salary: $70,000 – $95,000


LHH is working with a client in Seattle who is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience from one of the following practice areas: Employment, Family or Personal Injury.

Duties:

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files.

  • Track deadlines and manage litigation calendars.

  • Coordinate with court clerks and opposing counsel.

  • Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery documents.

  • Prepare and file documents with Washington State and federal courts.

  • Assist in drafting correspondence and legal memoranda.

  • Coordinate and respond to discovery requests.

  • Organize and review documents for production.

  • Summarize depositions, medical records, and other evidence.

  • Prepare trial binders and exhibit lists.

  • Assist with jury instructions and witness preparation.

  • Conduct research using legal databases and Washington-specific resources.
